Please note that the preparation and packaging time for your order is between 2 to 4 business days. This period is necessary to ensure that your items are properly packed and ready for shipment.

Delivery Time Estimates:
The delivery time for your order is influenced by several factors, including the destination country or region, the shipping method selected, and the type of product purchased. While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays beyond the estimated delivery time. While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or logistical issues may extend the delivery period.

  1. Fast Shipping Option:

    Customers can choose from a variety of shipping methods at checkout, including Reliable ,Swift and Lightning. Please note that Swift and Lightning shipping methods incur additional charges, which will be added to your final invoice. You can select your preferred shipping method on the checkout page.

    • Swift Shipping: Typically delivers within 3 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. Swift shipping is provided by reliable courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
    • Lightning Shipping: The fastest option, delivering within 1 or 2 days faster than Swift shipping, depending on your location. Lightning shipping is also provided by FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

    Delivery times for these services can vary by destination. Please note that any delays caused by the courier services are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays, and no responsibility lies with the company or website.

  2. Address Issues and Refund Policy:
    In cases where no postal service provider is available for the customer’s address, or if shipping to the address is not possible for any reason, we will notify the customer. The customer will be required to provide a new address or additional information needed for shipping. If the customer fails to provide the requested details, we will follow our refund policy. Refunds will be processed after 90 days, and the amount will be refunded to the buyer’s account as per our policy.

    Note for Certain Countries: For some countries, we might not be able to offer free shipping. While you may see the free shipping option at checkout, it might not be available for several reasons:

    • Temporary unavailability of low-cost postal services we use for free shipping.
    • Temporary suspension of shipping services to certain areas.
    • Long delivery times of free shipping options that don't match our fast delivery policy.

    In such cases, we will notify you via email. You can then either:

    1. Change your address.
    2. Pay for shipping to have the product delivered to the same address.

    If you don't want to choose either option, we will process a refund according to our refund policy after 90 days.
